Jill founded the Women’s Rights Party in the week after the Let Women Speak event in Albert Park. She was appalled at the violence, incited by politicians and the media, while the Police stood by.
Jill was an active member of the Labour Party, but had become increasingly off-side as women’s voices were not being listened to.
